Delivery & Returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to decide whether or not to keep your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange any items please email email@example.com & we will issue a Return Authorization & detailed instructions within 48 hours.
Please provide a proof of purchase or order number with your return or exchange request & allow 5 business days from shipment for the return to arrive and your refund or exchange to process.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable on items that are returned & not faulty.
Items to be returned or exchanged must be unworn, unused, and undamaged with the original tags attached.
We will refund shipping for any faulty item(s) returned to us that are unused.
Any products purchased through a third-party retailer or wholesaler do not qualify for exchange, return or repair. All sale or Promo items are FINAL SALE, no refunds or exchange will be accepted.

Usually orders will ship out within 1-3 business days.
